MANU TOA is specifically designed to help leaders develop effective leadership skills, enabling them to make a positive impact and become influential leaders within their businesses, organisations, families and communities.
This one-day intensive workshop is designed to empower business leaders and emerging leaders with the essential tools and strategies needed to thrive in dynamic environments. Participants will learn to adapt proven leadership styles, hone their communication and influence, and craft a powerful personal brand to elevate their leadership presence. Each session is interactive, with group activities, real-world applications, and personal reflection.

He was able to personally relate with the players from being a ex-professional Rugby player and being paid well for the game he loved and then realizing that there is life after rugby and the need to be ready for this, and bring awareness around the numerous factors that influence how long a Rugby career can last.
